TOR declines this. Kap is worth more than that. Even if TOR coaches are about to run him out of tow.
What an incredibly stupid move by their coaching staff. Either that or they don't want him traded so tried to tank his value on purpose. one or the other.

It's not just sitting him for being late to a meeting. He's been on the trade block for some time. He's one of the guys who's looked at as needing to go to create cap space. He's been shopped.
So yeah, they are trying to run him out of town.
And when you are sitting the guy for doing things like missing practice it starts coming together.
