What would it take to for Pool Party? All the trolls on here saying he isn't worth giving up anything for are dumb, the kid is 21 and putting up .98ppg or basically a PPG player in the top Finnish league right now.

Yeah he hasn't played good in the NHL to this point but he's probably gaining a lot of confidence playing so well over there.. I think he's worth a shot, it's low risk high reward in my eyes.

Why would you want him? Jesse Puljujarvi is a career AHLer mark my words.

I wouldn't say your top 6 is "set" when you're having a historically bad season

Puljujarvi posted 0.72 P/GP in the AHL as an 18-year-old.
Zadina posted 0.59 P/GP in the AHL as a 19-year-old.
Athanasiou posted 0.58 p/GP in the AHL as a 20-year-old.
Mantha posted 0.53 P/GP in the AHL as a 20-year-old.
Bertuzzi posted 0.42 P/GP in the AHL as a 20-year-old.
Veleno is posting 0.37 P/GP in the AHL as a 20-year-old right now.

No wonder Detroit sucks - it's top-6 is full of "career AHLers".

    tears of joy

We were already a bad team that's been decimated with injuries, Detroit by far has the most man hours lost due to injuries. Probably our top 6 is 3/4 set. Anyways there's no way Jesse Puljujari would be in our top 6 he'd be on our 3rd line and if he plays great then possibly top 6 and it all depend if by a miracle with get the #1 overall pick and land Alexis Lafreniere then all bets are off.

That's our worthless coach, Justin Abdelkader has no business even being on the team period. With Blashill as coach Jesse Puljujarvi would suck like the rest of the team. Just need a competent coach right now.

So... career AHLer would suck as bad as the rest of the team? Does that mean you have a team of career AHLers?

Basically pretty much, only decent ones have been Larkin, Bertuzzi and Fabbri Hronek on D others i agree are trash Mantha was having a good season until Muzzin drove him to the ice. Zadina as well until his ankle injury but yeah we all agree this team is very underwhelming.
