Columbus says no. We have no need for a wing especially when he’s a rental.

Yaaaaa columbus says yes. Columbus says yes really really really fast. Hoffman has 19 times the goals as Anderson does this year.

Points and goals don’t mean everything.... Hoffman does have more goals, but he’s also a rental and won’t stay in Columbus... Anderson is still an RFA and will be brought back next year. Anderson can have a voice back season next year before hitting UFA status to get paid, then Columbus can sell him for more, if he doesn’t we can hold onto him as a 3rd line wing. Also I doubt Columbus would trade Anderson in division.

Ya, they don’t mean everything. Buuuuut if you’re a winger, they do mean something. And Hoffman is just leaps and bounds better than Anderson offensively right now. Think of Anderson as a rental too. He’s gone after one more year.

Make that trade and flip Hoffman. The jackets would come out miles on top.

They say yes real quick. Then flip him for a far bigger return than what trading Anderson would bring them.

Hoffman has put up points. I just don’t like him after his problems in Ottawa that ruined the team... not sure I’d really want him because of that.

Also as many Florida fans say no, the Columbus trade can’t happen without it so...
