I actually think both teams would decline. Dallas is playing real well, especially of late, with the group they have, so why mess with that chemistry? As for the Leafs, I think whatever "big" thing they do, it will be at the draft, and part of that is seeing where Nylander finishes the season. Not that I am saying he will be traded, but his value certainly continues to increase with the season he's having. Even still, I think the Leafs part with 2 of Kapanen, Johnsson, or Kerfoot.

My thought on this is that Nylander brings the ability to score and create and the Stars need scoring and the playmaking ability. Klingberg gives the Leafs a top 4 D that has a great cap hit and helps balance their top 4. Dickinson and Dermott are both full time NHL'ers that bring elements each team needs.
