Miller is a UFA and most likely won't resign. Grzelcyk is pretty average and that is one thing Detroit isn't short on. For this return Detroit keeps AA for another at least.

I kinda like grz, im not sure hes what I'd want to spend AA on but he is pretty defensively responsible and has a bit of offense to his game. He could be a second pair guy really and takes krugs place if he gets away in ufa. Not the worst return for AA ive seen.

I agree its ok but not worth AA. All his stats are middle of the road or average it's not a bad thing and as you said 2nd pair guy and how many 2nd pair guys does Detroit need?

I wouldnt expect you to know (as someone who isnt a fan of the Bruins), hes one of those guys that always impresses you when you watch him. May have the best breakout pass on the team, rarely gets beat, rarely gives the puck away, great possession player, and just always seems to make the right decision. Big part of the Bruins D and why its so good.

Yeah I agree and I do watch the Bruins. The one thing you can say is being on that 3rd pair they kinda play sheltered minutes.

I like grz but with Lauzon and vaak behind him I wonder if he ends up the odd man out. Chara i assume will be back and they sign Krug Idk if paying a guy like grz 3.5 million on the 3rd pair is really a priority for them.
