drop that unknown prospect and those stupid picks. add a 2021 1st and mtl might think about it. the only good piece in that deal is dermott.

Kivihalme is a decent B prospect deals like this usually involve an 'unknown' prospect you could swap him for any other B prospect in the Leafs system.

The leafs can't trade their 2021 first until the end of this season cause it has a condition on it from their 2020 first being traded to Caroline (it is top 10 protected and slides to 2021 in that case)

Dermott is a good piece I'd say Johnsson is a pretty darn good piece too unless the Habs are looking at Kovalchuk being the long-term solution on the LW

we have more than enough depth at lw. johnsson is 26 going 27. he isn't getting any better. this isn't a good trade for mtl esp if we cannot get a 1st rd pick
