$11M cap hit for two non-physical, meh defense, 45 point, complementary guys

And all that you gave up for the $11M cap hit of mediocrity is Galchenyuk, Joseph, Bjugstad, Olund, 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Both Saad and Zucker are better than mediocre but sure, go off

Saad has only been better than guys like Patrick Kane and Alex Debrincat this year... And Zucker is a legit first liner as much as you don't want to admit it, he's good, probably hits 25/35/60 with a full year playing with Crosby

He is very good, I'm not going to hide that, but it's hard to guess his value. Casual fans see that he doesn't put up a ton of points which leads them to believe he isn't that good, but his underlying numbers would suggest otherwise.

They are just upset that Kahun is out producing him. Literally.

You can have the best advanced stats on the planet, but if you don't do anything with those... 100% worthless.

Arguably only 3 players have "improved" as wings of Crosby and/or Malkin over their entire careers. This improvement is simply a false concept.

Zucker’s legs are his money makers, but he actually has a little bite to his game too. I agree with you about his “meh” defense though.

Wild fan here. Zucker is NOT a first liner...not a bonafide one anyway. He’s a very good middle 6 forward who can play on the first line...especially if he’s on a line with Crosby. There’s a big difference between being a 1st liner and being able to play on the 1st line.

74.41% of the ev time that Crosby is on the ice... Dominik Simon is too. That makes Simon a top line wing! Pens should be able to trade him for a few 1sts, top prospects, etc etc etc.

Wow, this bslogic stuff is fun...

It's a take on how people think that Zucker, Saad, Athanasiou, etc are of high return value. Not being able to understand that make someone just look like an idio... well, maybe you can figure it out on your own.
