Oh man, giving up on what's going to be one of Lafreniere, Byfield, Drysdale, Stutzle or Perfetti, plus Fabbri (meh...), to get Matt Murray? Yikes.

Why not attempt to go big on someone like Lehner or Holtby (May not be ideal for either of them, but money talks!)

You cannot move that first rounder for a goalie. I like Murray but a middle 6 and a lottery pick no way.

Oh dear! So give away potentially Laferniere and a 24 year old on pace for 55 points this season for a goalie needing a raise with a .900 save percentage and 2.86 GAA on a good team. Imagine how many cups he'd bring to Detroit? Give me a big fat donut

I cringed at the first trade. Why give up the 2020 first round lottery pick when, in all honesty, Fabbri and a lower pick could be enough to grab Murray from Pittsburgh in the off-season and help them before the expansion draft? That trade was just, bad.

Sure dude, Over-value Matt Murray much? Potential #1 overall pick and Fabbri for Matt Murray get real here. Rumor has it that Murray is seeking at least 6 x 6 no way he's worth that cup wins or not. Would rather go after Alexander Georgiev myself personally.

FYI Even with AA having an atrocious year, He still has far more points then Josh Anderson. No way i'd do a AA for Anderson swap. Pretty much trash for trash.

I agree. Detroit is 13 points behind the the Kings and 17 behind Ottawa. They will finish in last place without a doubt and that means the worst 1st round pick they can get is #4OA, Now you want to trade it and Fabbri who since coming to Detroit has 24 points in 37 games, for Murray since winning the Cup he has a GAA of 2.70 and a SV% of .914 when compared to other goalies during that same time period and that at 34th in both categories. I'm Pete but that is absolutely horrible for Detroit.

I'd love to get Murray and I think Pitts can't sign them both him and jarry. So a 2nd and a player for him I'd sure think about

This just awful. Give up potentionally the best prospect in this years draft for Murray. You do know that Murray is not even the #1 in Pittsburgh
