I wouldn't do this. Still think Ottawa is keeping DeMelo. I don't think Ottawa would take Condon back, and I don't see the upside in Verhaeghe, who looks like more of a quad A player.

That said I think Ottawa and Tampa could be trade partners. How happy are The Bolts with Paquette as a 3C? Saw that Tampa has their Head of Player Personell at the Jets/Sens game tonight, and wondered if they could be interested in Pageau.

RD is our biggest need. No good pick or prospect or current player should be traded for anything else right now.

Rather try for Pageau than Namestnikov again. Replace Condon with a 3rd and if Tampa is willing to part with Verhaeghe, then I would do him, one of Martel/Smith/Conacher/Thomas, a 3rd and a conditional 2nd that becomes a 1st if Tampa reaches ECF or Pageau resigns. 3rd+B prospect for DeMelo and a conditional 2nd+young roster player for Pageau. If Ottawa refuses okay, rather not give up on Verhaeghe so quickly anyway and Tampa likely doesn't want to 100% commit one of their 1sts on a rental(unless it's Kreider).
