Carolina reject. In a heartbeat. This isn't an upgrade worth it

Winnipeg probably listen.... I don't know if they take it because I don't know much about the prospect, but they'll listen

Colorado can go after better players than Crawford and Smith, this isn't worth it for them. Especially because Francouz has been insanely good

We just very much disagree about what CAR needs. Even Reimer's letting up 5 spots. I coulda called that...in fact have for half a year now.

COL has tons of cap space and a pretty bad PK. Smith can really help there and Crow's playoff experience is helpful.

Reimer let in 5 and still had a .900+ save percentage. Fact is, it's not on him. Goaltending is NOT a need for Carolina

Colorado need scoring outside of MacK, Landy, and Rants. Someone like Pageau is a far better fit, plus it's not in division

I happen to agree COL is happy with Grub and Franz in net. I don’t think they want Crawford. Maybe Saad? Or Saad + Nylander for really good prospect not named Byram or Newhook and a 1st?

I see you have also looked at the upcoming schedules, however Nashville's and Arizona's should also be considered. Personally I think Chicago should be sellers this year though. They have some young core of players coming up and realistically should get a good draft position this year.

As for the Carolina trade. I see them certainly interested in 1 of your 2 goalies but not without 1 of theirs going back. Gus could make sense as a stopgap but They wont overpay for a pure rental. Canes have a lot of LD prospects that Chicago could be interested in
