Neither Cirelli nor Serg are likely taking offer sheets, as first they would actually want to leave Tampa, which is doubtful, and second since offer sheets have basically never happened in the last decade aside from maybe twice. After many years of hearing they were going to lose such and such to offer sheets and then the reality was that Tampa was able to sign all of their rfa's without any offer sheets, I'll bet on that pattern continuing. Serg will get ~4.5, Cirelli around 4-4.5 and Cernak close to 2. This is how Tampa has done things for years and there's no reason to see it changing this offseason. They will attempt to move Gourde or Johnson first and if they won't waive, they'll move Killorn, it's really pretty straightforward. If necessary they'll move out a smaller contract as well like Paquette or possibly Coburn to make the numbers work. Tampa will lose a couple non core pieces, but none of the key rfa's are going anywhere.
