Admittedtly, I'm not sure exactly how much Domi would go for, nor how much $ to re-sign him. But the rest I think are pretty fair (NSH might not take, but they have the cap space and need for D depth, so they might take it on temporarily for next years 3rd).

Teams that easily decline: Colorado, Edmonton and Carolina. The Nashville trade sounds more like an Ottawa trade. Montreal trade seems ok at first glance. Don't put too much feedback into the feedback you receive from BSB.

Interesting to hear that COL and CAR decline. Edmonton I could see maybe wanting an extra 3rd or 4th pick.

Jost +1st has been pretty widely discussed as an option for Kreider, and Foegele +2nd seems entirely reasonable for Georgiev, whether at the TDL or the draft. I'm genuinely curious what makes them so easily declined?

Agreed on the Smith trade being something Ottawa would do to hit the cap floor, especially if Smith can be actually paid in part before trading (not sure exactly how his deal is structured).

If Colorado wasn't willing to do the 16th pick in the 2019 draft for Kreider with a full season left on his contract, why would they do more for a Kreider rental six months later?

Carolina declines because both of their goalies are playing well and each of them have over a $3M cap hit and they would have the same issues the Rangers have now with a 3 headed goalie situation.

Edmonton is rumored to be looking for a first round pick or top 6 forward with potential which Fast and Lias are not. Lias value is also at an all time low and Holland supposedly already rejected Lias for Jesse straight up.

Smith to Ottawa 7/1 after his signing bonus is paid.

Fair points. I think this year Colorado is more desperate to push than last year. They believe (and they're right) they are true contenders for the cup, especially in a weak Western Conference this year.
Who do they value more, Nichushkin or Jost. I would take either + 1st for Kreider. Otherwise, we go the alternate route of Kyrou +1st from STL.

Who trades for Georgiev this year then now that TOR is out? SJS, DET, VGK, MIN?

Kyrou and a first would be ideal but I don't think St. Louis does that. I would think Jost over Nichushkin but don't quote me on that. I think something like Bowers and a conditional first would be best from Colorado. They should also look towards Boston for a conditional first and Studnicka.

Georgiev isn't moved until the draft when there will be more potential suitors.

Pretty sure he traded him at the deadline and then signed him July 1st. What's wrong with that?

CD282 correct, that's exactly what I did. Wishful thinking that he would come back AND sign for a reasonable discount, but that is what I intended.
