Description
Primarily experimental. That Seabrook contract was causing issues so I tried to make a realistic trade, to a destination near his hometown that would make sense for both teams.

I’d rather keep Anderson vs trade him for Nylander... Columbus really has no need for more wings. I’d rather move Anderson for a center.

Next season, the CBh should try playing in the American League! Way too much for Strome and Caggiula, would be a very nice bridge deal for Kubalik, tho. Wishful thinking on re-signing Lehner. I believe he will be traded soon and chose not to return unfortunately. Agree it is time to no e on from Crow as well.

Just ignore any Nylander trades you see, some hawks fans are eager to shoot themselves in the foot with short-sighted/ bad trades. (not that Anderson isn't a great player) I guarantee that Nylander does not get traded until the season after this one at the earliest.

That goes for Tornoto's Nylander as well, he's not going anywhere any time soon.

Winnipeg isn’t taking on Seabrook’s contract. It took a first to dump Marleau, and Seabrook is more expensive and has 4 years left. It would take a lot more to dump him.

There is so much wrong here starting with Caggs for $3M???

Seabs isn't going anywhere.

Why Montour when we have Mitchell on a ELC which oddly you don't have him playing; he's more then ready to step up and yet you have montour for 5 years??? Good Lord

I'm ok with keeping Nylander, I just figured after another possible losing season we needed a bit more change.

I know Seabs won't go anywhere but for this post I needed it for cap space. Montour would help the Hawks now over Seabrook.

How is Montour at $5M going to help us over Mitchell at $925K completely irrespective of Seabs?
