I don't know if pageau is worth a first and bowers. I don't think he would be resigned so it doesn't seem worth it. I do think they need another center for depth come playoff time incase this exact issue happens again, but a first and prospect for what could be a 3rd line center for the rest of the season seems too high.

Would love Timmins and a conditional 3rd- upgrades to a 2nd if he resigns or Avs win cup

Dont see Timmins, Jost, Kaut etc being moved for a rental. Maybe Bowers, Greer, Kamenev

Colorado is basically locked in a playoff spot at this point. They went a month without Landeskog or Rantanen. Unless Kadri is done for the year I dont think Sakic is hitting the panick button just yet. This roster is built for the next 6 years anyways i dont think they are in a major rush to win the cup

True, we have such a deep prospect system already so was hoping for a guy like Timmins. Would take straight picks for Pageau, anymore prospects would create less contract flexibility for the Sens to stay under 50 for next year. Unless Colorado needs to unload a contract, I'm fine with a 1st, or some conditional 2nds for Pageau.

Bowers is on Timmins' level as far as his play with the Eagles. He's not getting moved for a rental. And the Avs don't need draft picks. I think this trade needs to be a little simpler.

Since COL already traded this year's 2nd rounder for Burakovsky, I'd say just a 1st and a B prospect is fine.
