Do you think the LEafs bother re signing Clifford if it means they give up a 2nd?

I think they will. Dubas made comments on players they would have control of or committed to. He also acknowledged that they were lacking heavy hitters that have decent enough hand too play. So if that means giving up a 2nd instead of the third then yes I think he will sign clifford

Campbell will probably cost them the 2nd anyways (which they'll happily pay), I doubt it will be a worry at Clifford's contract time

Cliffords condition hits first ( re-signing him in Offseason ) and then comes Campbell's 6 Wins when Season 2020/2021 starts....
