Jake Gardiner, has a M-NTC he wont go to Montreal when Montreal offered him more money in the off season and he rejected it.

Sorry, but this Carolina deal gives Habs fans a bad name, and it really doesn't make the Habs any better. You swap a weakness on the LHD by creating one on the RHD.

The Tatar deal is a stretch, but it's essentially a first rounder, a very early second rounder (Timmins) with injury issues, and a third-rounder. It's not outrageous, but I'd doubt COLO would go for it.

Kovalchuk deal is fine, though I'd rather leave the player and just find a 2nd pick, or better yet, trade Kovy and a 2nd for a mid- to late-3rd

Avs wouldn't do anything close to that, its more than a stretch,
