CAR isn't getting Lehner without a guaranteed first.

CHI aren't getting a guaranteed 1st for Lehner froma anyone. He'll walk into free agency again

This is true but you may notice it often doesn't pertain to goalies. Goalies are voodoo

Look at what Talbot, Elliot, Darlings rights, bishop's rights got. There are 12 forward positions and 1 goal.

Talbot got the biggest haul with 2nd and 3rd.

Bishop was the best out of these four when he was traded and he got one prospect, a replacement goalie and two 7th rounders. This is why Lehner's unlikely to gain a guaranteed 1st. There are no real examples of goalies being traded to first rounders as a pending UFA. It doesn't happen.

Bishop the only starter was a pending UFA. That haul was only for the privilege to talk to him a week earlier than other teams...0 games played and certainly 0 playoff games.

Actually no. That trade was made in Feb 26 of 2017 - basically the trade deadline day of 2016-17. Although he played for the Kings only 7 games since they failed to get to the playoffs.

His rights was traded to DAL for a 4th round pick couple of weeks before the draft.
