The first trade really doesn’t seem like it’s needed.... just a depth player who’ll get sent down when players get healthy...

To answer your question I have no idea how he’s doing it.

Torts is a very good coach. He works well with young players who want to play the game right. He holds players accountable for their play. He doesn't sugar coat things.
