I can't believe I'm saying this but I would not. Jensen is better than Barrie in Blocks, Hits, Giveaway/Takeaway. Jensen is a great skater too and playing better the last few weeks. I think Kempny has been the liability more so than Jensen so if we can upgrade at LHD (not Fehrevary yet), I would be more inclined.

I looked at it and figured it makes the caps 2nd PP unit much more deadlier, I think Barrie's faults this season on the defensive side of things is as much a system problem in TO as it is a Barrie thing

Gotcha but Caps have Orlov on the 2nd unit pp so really no need.

Never claimed there was a need, it's all moves for depth in the playoffs, there are miniscule needs on the Capitals roster

Someone will give more than that for just Barrie. Someone will roll the dice on his scoring coming back for the playoffs.

Jensen has no value, if not actually negative value. Toronto is in enough cap hot water, they do not want to have a 6/7 level D on a $2.5M hit for the next 3 seasons. i doubt that they would do Spezza for Jensen straight.
