I cant see anybody taking him. Hes been awful and i dont think he has been as physical since his last injury (i believe hips).

The only way it seems logical for Toronto to consider getting Bogosian is to wait till he clears waivers (99.9% chance he does), then make a trade with Buffalo and get Buffalo to retain 50% of his salary. I'm sure they'd do it if Toronto threw a lower level prospect at them. He only has this year left. He might be a decent depth piece in case of injuries (every team needs those) but not at over $5M

I don’t hate idea if no other trade is in the works, I’d be happier to see a better d-man come in on trade but if that’s not gonna happen I’d like to see if bogo can still play outside of buffalo, plus he would be highly motivated to make this work so that he can get an nhl contract next year, and if it doesn’t work the leafs will waive him, pay the rest of his contract and are no worse for trying it

in what world are the Sabres only going to get better next year? Cozens is going to be the saviour? Mittelstadt has a long way to go. Terrible UFA crop as well. The holes that the sabres have, there is no instant solution coming to fix that
