It's funny: Many people think he is incompetent, and then you read an article from Frank Seravalli, an insider at TSN, who says the exact opposite. Makes me wonder who is right: The highly respected hockey reporter and insider, or the guy who writes on Capfriendly as a hobby? I am not a Habs fan, but the hate that is directed their way is usually palpable...

If Detroit is lucky enough to get the 1st OA pick I agree this isn't going to get that pick maybe if they were all lottery picks. Take out Poehling then add Caufield and Romanov and I 'd probably take it. Before Montreal fans go off on me please take a look at the Eric Lindros trade and remember Lindros wouldn't play for Quebec so they had to trade him. Detroit doesn't have to trade the pick or Lafreniere.
