Ideally both, fill in for Kadri short term but then move to 3C or situational draws with Compher who is better as a Winger....this would be the ideal roster come playoffs. Jost if not moved in a deal would probably see some press box time if they do add another fwd

Landy Mack Rants
Bura Kadri Nichushkin
Compher Haula Donskoi
Calvert Belle Nieto

I just don't see CAR trading him since they're still a legit bubble team.

apparently he is having issues with the coaching staff, dont think he formally asked for a trade but was reported he was very unhappy with his time in Carolina right now

Ah! See i haven't heard that. Then perhaps they'll take Domi and give me Bean AND Ryan Suzuki. I'll go make an ACGM trade for that package and see what the backlash is hehe

they do need him, that is correct but hes a pending UFA and I believe they hope is that he would stay and would extend....but if he unhappy, do the Canes pull a St Louis w/ Stastny and still trade the expiring asset while still pushing for the playoffs

Dude Stastny and Haula are in different stratospheres. But Haula is a perfect 3rd liner . He missed a chunk of the season but CAR didn't miss a beat in his absence.

It’s about moving an expiring asset in the heat of a playoff race, and talk to canes fans, they want him as a 2c over staal. He’s a big cog for that team
