Its the NTCs.... Thus why it's a real wonder. How do you convince them to waive...

Fortunately Johnson and Palat become M-NTC two years from now. I guess it's a waiting game?

Isnt Johnsons a 16 team list? That seems movable this summer

i think it's a full NTC, then 16 the year after (2020-21) . Killorn becomes a N-MTC this July 1

Thats really tough. If im Tampa I move Killorn for the best offer and then just beg all the dudes with NTC to name a team they want to go to. Maybe none say yes but I think youd rather lose one of them for cheap than get Serg or Cirreli offer sheeted
