Figured I would atleast try to start a conversation here. Although it is difficult to get everyone involved. The forums are lonely place sometimes.


Liljegren has been looking very good. As his confidence seems to grow and he gets more comfortable I see a lot of his game that I have liked in the ahl. Personal balky I think he may be cracking into top 4 minutes next season. He has a great set of tools. He is smart and skilled.

What do the leafs do about next season? Do we really need a huge move on the defence?

I could see that bottom pair trying to climb the latter very quickly. So I had a few questions on my mind.

Could Liljegren pair with Rielly as early as next season?

Does a big move on the blueline make much sense?

If there is a move for a defender do we really want someone either traded for or signed in ufa with a lot of term?
