BUF
  1. Killorn, Alex
Additional Details:
I don't see there being a bidding war on Killorn. Teams know he is the only guy TB can move, and therefore the urgent situation will lead to low offers. BUF is the standout team that should be in on Alex.

Additional Details:
trying really hard to find a case where Johnson waives. If anywhere, it'd have to be a team in the west (He's from Washington State) and somewhere he can get ice time. He's destined for Seattle as it is... would ANA want a potential bounceback on the cheap?

Sharks would be interested in Johnson for the right price. We are prime candidates to get back in the playoffs and have that warm cali weather

Yzerman jumped ship before those NMC/NTC became a real problem. 😂 Hard sell to get them to waive especially for the tax bens of living there.

Sabres need a stud 2c, they already have top 6 wingers. Not that id be against it, i would just assume assets (2nd) would go towards securing a centerman first before they worry about anything else

You guys should be first in line for assets on the cheap. Anyone that doesn't cost market value and this team realistically should be all over it. Can't remember the last time that team has won a trade.

Admittedly, Kilorn is having a great year, a career year actually.

that being said, he is a 30 year old that just has his first ever 20g season, and has a career high 47 points

i don't think this Buf trade qualifies as a "Low ball" offer,

Like i said wouldnt be against it, i would just hate to lose out on a 2C because they didnt have the expendable assets any more after trading for a winger they dont really need. I could only expect what happened to Skinner this year (and to an extent Sheary and Vesey), to happen to Killorn as well. No one to feed them the puck and they drop out of existence

They could go after that as well? If they can get Pageau in or maybe make a splash for a guy like Henrique?

Yeah no interest in kilorn and if their was it would cost a lot less then this offer. I bet next asplund got put similar point totals as kilorn playing for Tampa. Lazar has been surprise and one our best face off guys. Then second in a loaded draft. All for 30 year old who hasn’t cracked 50 points on one of the best offensive teams in NHL history?? No thanks.

You're obsessed with point totals, that's not everything in hockey, just saying... Have a great day Mr. Buffalo fan... at least you won today... haha

Killorn will get us a nice return... someone will have a good offer... there are 30 other teams who need a guy on a good contract like him... on UFA you get a player like that for 6+mill $+ long contracts...
Really solid middle 6 guy... teams usually don't trade players like this... so we might keep him, who knows...

We both know you cant afford to keep him. or you will loose Cerelli, Cernak and sergachev. WHich will all cost more then above. WHile the cap hit isnt bad he is still 30 and never was point producer. Sabres have enough 30-40 guys. We easily decline.

I didn't say for this exact offer smile It's just it will be a decent one cool. We don't lose those guys don't worry... u can buy out players, if u heard about it... GM's always solves these problems... one way or other...
My preferred option keep Killorn-> Sell Johnson/Gourde. Killorn has the best contract of the 3.

Serg is still a 3rd pair D - when we healthy - 3rd pairing defenders doesn't get 5 millions $ contracts...

Charlie McAvoy got 5 million $ for 3 years - he plays 25 minutes - top pairing - completely different category... If we pay him that much... then other defenders like Mcdonagh needs to go and he replaces him etc... or we sell Serg... if we truly can't keep him(like let's just say for fun he wants only 7 million+ $ for 8 years or something ridicoulus, then we sell). Next Man up mentality.
My prediction: 3 million $ for 2-3 years for Serg right now.
