It’ll be 1 for 1 or maybe the Wild throw in a bottom 6 winger. They aren’t giving up a 1st lol.

Domi for Brodin is not enough, so I like the 1st being added but I cant see minny giving up the 1st they just acquired.

True, but there has to be some sort of compensation because of the age difference and Domi is still an RFA.

What about MIN's second round pick and removing Montrea's third pick

Personally I'd rather keep Domi at that point.
He clearly likes playing here and we need to keep the few players that actually want to stay here.

I know, I too want to see Domi with MTL in the future, but it's gone too long for Montreal without a stable LD partner for Weber
Also, there's not that much difference between PIT's first and MIN's second

Negatively? Because there is nothing negative about Domi’s attitude/behavior. That’s the reason people want to keep him on the habs, because he definitely doesn’t fit in positionally.

I don’t Know about that... think it looks pretty fair to me. Domi would be just the type of guy the wild want. Late first... young talent. I think Habs throw back the worse of their two 2nd round picks would be fair.

Zero chance the Wild give up the 1st rounder unless they acquire another one in a seperate trade. Domi hasn't really proven he's worth it anyway, one 70 point season in 5 years and an apparent work ethic problem. MTL has a need at LD and MIN has a need at C, 1 for 1 is more than fair when the Wild can use Dumba to get more out of MTL, who is also interested in him too.

Well those people are crazy (probably includes a bunch of salty Leafs fans). At least GMs are more sane than most fans.

Which media? Because a lot of the hockey media have never met the players and don't know anything about what the players are like.

The 2 biggest problems in Montreal are (1) the media and (2) the people who believe the media.
