Description
Well...except for the Rangers defense; still need another year or two there.

I know the ask for Kreider/Hank is big, but that is cup winning material there for the Avs. They don't need a ton of pieces, but those two are huge, and have been needed in Colorado since before the injury bug started biting them. They get Kadri and Rantanen back in the fold and they will sweep everyone in the West easily (except maybe STL). Andersson is the throw in as a center prospect to help replenish to some degree COL pipeline.

I definitely think there is a deal with CGY to be had. Question is: does it involve Mangiapane and picks coming back, or does it involve picks going the other way and Bennett coming to the Rangers?

I think if Joe plays hardball but still really wants the deal: Take out Andersson, Rangers 4th, and Newhook. Add Jost.

take out, Andersson, Rangers 4th, and Newhook...........Add Jost. So trade would be:
Jost, Kaut, 1st for Kreider, Hank (50%)

Yes but they are not moving Newhook in either scenario

My revision did not include Newhook because I know that is a big sticking point. (revised in comments, not in actual post)
