Change the 3rd to a 2nd, and I think NSH says yes.

You've got NSH retaining on Smith, and taking salary back, Zboril isn't a sure thing, and a conditional 5th if Bruins wins the cup isn't much of an addition. Another team will almost definitely beat the original proposal. Someone could still top it, even with the 2nd.
