I think a Tatar trade with the Isles, if there is one, would involve a 2020 1st + Wilde.
The resign condition was a nice touch though

With that much retention, you should get a guaranteed 1st or a better prospect

That's less then what Coleman got and Tatar is better then Coleman so Isles would need to add

Regardless of what others say, I would be happy with this. People forget that in the real world, if you get greedy and hold out, you might not end up selling at all. Even if Coleman got more, that's because one specific team REALLY wanted Coleman. And guess what? Now there are less buyers available, so you have to work with what's left.
