Not something the Oil would want to be doing at all. Bear has been the team’s best RHD all season. And then to add on the two best winger prospects (not bluechip prospects per se but...the best the oil have) in the organization...no thanks. Oil sill be much better off looking for some cheap rentals and hope one of them shines on McD’s wing.

In my opinion I think Saad would fit in perfectly with Mcdavid and Sikura would be a good winger prospect for Edmonton maybe playing him RNH or Leon.

That mtl trade is as one sided as it gets , just getting Lekhonen straight up for GUS is good deal . 2 way , 200 foot players that can score 20-25 goals making under 2.5 million are worth there weight in gold in the cap era

Montreal is a place where offence is held back . In chicago Lekhonen would be a 40 to 45 point player instead of a 30 to 35 pointer a quality third liner who has the ability to score 20 plus goals and plays a 200 foot game .
