Palmieri seems perfect for the islanders. Idk about the price but it's worth it.

San Jose says yes. Doug Wilson asks NYI to remove a 3rd to make it more fair smile

That Palmeri trade looks like a real possibility. Seems fair value for both sides, but could the Devs get more from a more desperate source in a bidding war?

some sharks fans asking for 2nd and a prospect , I thought he was worth just a 3rd so I’m meeting in the middle lol

Sharks 1999 is crazy. He thinks Meier is worth Boston’s first and taking Backes back. Goodrow will not move for less than Dillon I’ll tell you that

It would cripple the Devils are right wing for the next few years but they have to take it for a D prospect and the 1st. This is one of the more realistic Palms trades.

Agreed, outside of Anderson we do not really have anyone in the pipeline. Hoping AZ's pick ends up in the top 8 so we have a shot at Holtz/Raymond as well as potentially picking up Drysdale with our pick.

I would look to acquire Kapanen or josh Anderson . Maybe vatanen + for Kapanen or a 2nd + 3rd for Anderson.

I don't think Vatanen can get off of IR in time to be traded. That doesn't get it done for Anderson even in a down year. The Devils should not be trading picks.
