This team is pretty competitive for a rebuilder.
I could see them extending Kreider and making the playoffs next year.

Not enough money to sign 3 more RFAs. It will be tough with Deangelo, Lemieux, Strome even with Kreider gone. Now theres Jost, AA and Kamenev to sign, too.

Tsn just mentioned that 1 and a young nhler or 1st and a prospect is the realistic return for kreider right now

Wouldn’t shock me built around, if the tsn guys are on the mark
1st jost and sampa ranta for kreider and andersson

Jost, Kamenev, and Lemmy would all be pretty cheap. And I’m not especially keen about re-signing Strome if we would get AA. Imagine AA with Panarin......

Having something in lias if kreider hits the market is a way to salvage the assets being given up so they don’t end up with nothing

Jost seems to be 100% trades, apparently he’s been informed already by the team they will move him.

AA would be better suited on Zibanejad's wing. He doesn't have the hockey sense to play C for Panarin.
