If NJ is really willing to trade Palmieri, then they'll get a much better return.

Heinen is a young, coachable, solid NHL player who has shown potential when playing in the top 6
Zboril has floundered since being drafted in the first round but might have a good turnaround in a fresh environment like NJ where he'll get more playing time, if not Urho can be swapped in
The two picks are good value for a team that is looking to rebuild from the ground up

However - I will say, the Devils were once very high on Nick Ritchie

But you need more quality. Palmieri plays really good for a bad team and he has two years left on his contract. You'll need at least a first round pick and better prospects. Zboril isn't treated with much value at this point.
