I agree that they all play a similar style but Thompson and Grant most likely don't have a future with the organization where NAK does

Again, I agree they traded for two depth centers and Grant can play wing. You don't have playoff experience until you play in the playoffs is how I'm viewing it its totally reasonable to believe that NAK won't play especially if he starts making a bunch of mistakes. I really think the moves were based more around the uncertainty of Patrick than anything else.
