strome and delos contracts should be swapped

no idea is Rykov, Yegor is any good but to me that LD looks really bad.

It would be Hajek (who has played LD for us last year and some of this year failry well) or Rykov (rumored to be a solid offensive defenseman, has 11 points in 25 games in AHL). Ultimately whoever it is, is just keeping the seat warm for when K'Andre Miller is ready. Not sure if that's next year, or the year after.

I would disagree because DeAngelo should be in for a hefty raise once the cap clears up in 21-22. I do suppose that depends on Deangelo, though. I could see from a Ranger perspective we'd want to lock him up long term, but he's turning out to be worth Trouba's price tag a lot more than Trouba is showing so far.

... either way, my terms are kinda just for show regardless, but that was the meaning behind it anyway : P

Strome has been on short contracts majority of his career and will likely want a bigger one, though

DeAngelo is better offensively than Trouba, but Trouba is playing against the other teams 1st lines and is better defensively. Trouba is also bigger and much more physical, who eats up minutes without getting worn down. Trouba is improving as well... Last season playing on a stacked Jets D-corps he was a 3rd pair D-man and is now playing the role of a 1st pair D-man. But unlike DeAngelo being on the 3rd pair, Trouba's size, physicality, and overall defence, made it clear he's a 1st pair D-man. But he's had to adjust to the new role and his ability to adjust is the biggest reason for the Rangers much improved overall defence.
