Pageau makes this team significantly better but why not let bellows play with a solid 2 way C? It makes no sense. He’s not 19 YO. One thing I’ve liked about his game is his defensive positioning (which wasn’t good in BPT last season). He has the best shot on the team and he doesn’t need time to get it off.

They could do worse than a Ladd - pageau - bailey 3rd line but why not ice your best lineup?
