What exactly did you want Dubas to do? Undersell Barrie?

This team doesn't deserve any upgrades and no one deserves to go to a contender.

i get it but if you undersell on him, and their defense is already bad enough, while they still have a chance to make playoffs. you would be sending a really bad message we have seen what the team can do if they play well, they just have to buckle down and decide if they are going to play that way consistently, in the last week they had 2 embarrassments of a game and their best game of their year. the team just needs to be consistent.

What did you expect him to do? Realistically his hands are tied behind his back more than the average fan knows. Unless he coulda found a hockey deal (money and term in for money and term out) there's not really much more he coulda done. He was smart to not sell low on some pending UFA's and mail the season in

i dont disagree but the other team needs to want to make the trade. and the teams that would have wanted him would be a late 1st anyways.
