Wisconsin’s season ends end of February and I don’t believe there in contention for Frozen Four or Big 10 Championship. Could miller come in and play right away in Skjei’s spot?

I thought CAR got Vatanen? They couldn't make the cap work for Skjei

Injuries and prorated contracts keep them compliant

I could be wrong... But the way Miller played in the WJC, he probably needs at least a half a year to a year in the AHL before playing in the NHL.

Yeah I know he’s regressed a little bit but what other better options to they have on the left side at the moment?

If he played his JR year at Wisconsin i think that would be fine. Adam Fox went form a very good player to a player that was able to step right in to the NHL playing his JR year in a Top NCAA program.
KM's only been playing Defense full time for 3 years. Rykov & Hejek can hold the LD down for another year or so.
