Shore is the kind of guy John Tortorella likes so win for Columbus, losing Milano is no big deal considering their coach hated him.

Good trade for both teams. Shore was an odd man out on the Ducks; Milano has more upside but Shore is a proven versatile bottom-6 forward. Columbus will see an immediate benefit; only time will tell if Anaheim realizes anything out of this deal.

Both guys needed a change of scenery but I think Shore hit his cap in Dallas. Milano can still reach that cap, he just needs a fresh start and more ice-time.
