Krug? I don't see them signing a defenseman long term with exception of Deangelo, unless they trade him. A lot of depth coming up at D. Mittelstadt trade is interesting though, but Kakko isn't moving to the left side.

If Krug signs that cheaply it's in Boston not New York.

i really dont see us signing krug. we have a great d-core and krug is very expensive. the rangers would not trade deangelo because he is too essential to the d-core. although smith would be a good player to get rid of, it would not be worth it for a 3rd round pick because of deangelo. the oilers would never trade puljujarvi for andersson. andersson is a complete bust and is not as good as puljujarvi.
