Trade #1 - Almost went threw today.

Trade #2 - Ottawa gets Ho-Sang for 3mil in salary (+Komarov fits other players from the leadership regime of the old leafs team) Zaitsev and Hainsey

Trade #3 - after what rentals like Greene and Martinez got and what Muzzin got last year a second and a third is probably a low ball in exchange for salary relief.

Trade 1: Need to add more with that kind of retention. Maybe a 3rd rounder or an average prospect like Jobst. But you’re right, a trade like this could have happened today.

Trade 2: Maybe a different prospect or something. Ho-Sang might not be what people are looking for. Still, I think it’s clear Ottawa intends to rebuild for awhile, so it makes sense.

Trade 3: Pretty fair trade. Honestly, you could get more for Leddy. Like you’ve said, we’ve seen 2nd pairing LHDs go for way more.
