Carolina got way better with this TDL, it will be tight. NYI got Pageau and Greene too. WSH PIT are pretty sure being 2/3 in the Metro, that leaves CAR NYI PHI and CBJ for the 3rd spot in the Metro and the 2 spot left.

This season is one of the best cases for a 1-8 playoff system. It's ridiculous that one of Philly, Carolina, Columbus or New York has to miss the playoffs. There are only two teams in the Atlantic who deserve a playoff spot.

Or an even better case for the league wide 1-16 ranking, as half the western conference playoff teams won’t deserve to be there. A real fun twist would be 1-16 rankings, then allowing teams to select their opponent, beginning with #1. Imagine the story lines when a team chooses to play you because they think thy can beat you. We all know Boston is choosing Toronto.
