Couple of things:

Jake and Zucker won't both play with Sid. One of them will for sure play with Geno and I'm guessing Jake since that line was out of this world pre injury to Jake.
Jarry will laugh at $1.25M a year. You can't do that to him, especially after keeping him in minors an extra year and post the numbers he has put up this season. Guy could legit be a Veznia candidate if he started more games (which he should be).
I think one of Poulin or Leagere could be here next year but they won't start with Geno. Probably more a ZAR spot if they start in the NHL

I think Poulin or Legare would be a stretch for next year, players from the Q usually take longer to develop since the league is so offensive they need longer to get the defensive zone play. I'd also be scared or doing to them what we did to Sprong. Considering the forward depth that the pens have I don't think they should play till they're ready to be on Crosby or Malkin's wing.

Murray hate is unreal with this fanbase. He has posted better numbers than Jarry recently and yet Jarry should still be starting more games? The every other game model is helping both goalies play at their best so Im not sure why you think Jarry should be playing more games so confidently. Also, do you mean start Poulin or Legere where ZAR is currently slotted in the lineup? A 4th line checking role? Way to find a way to ruin a prospects potential. You dont start your prospects playing 4th line, especially guys like Poulin and legere bruh. Also if Malkin and Rust are clicking then I dont see why you cant play guentzal and zucker with crosby. Nothing wrong with that, it seems like a situation if one line goes cold you can flip guentzal to the other line to keep it going and then do it again if he gets cold there.

They should get someone on their blueline with more size than Stecher.
And someone who can PK so Letang and Marino don't have to do it all.

Pouline could be here next year, same with Legare who looked all the part last preseason. We'll see going forward. They wanted them to develop this year. The problem with them is not their play but their age. They are 19 and you can't simply move them back and forth to the AHL at 19. If they are going to give them a spot than it's an NHL spot. We won't know if they will do that till next preseason.
It's better to let them play than make them a 13th skater be it in the NHL or CHL.

Wow 👀 are my Stecher threads finally catching on applaud nod cheers he's really good. Would be a great move. Young, fastz good defensively, great puck mover, can produce decently offensively, the guy can do everything.

the last thing they need is a small bodied defenseman who can't clear the net.
They need someone with size capable of playing physical. Especially playing defense which usually takes a pounding.
Honestly I hope they sign Buff next year at a team friendly deal.

Lol that would be funny to see him have wilson in one hand and vrana or something in the other and ragdolling them around all by himself in a scrum like he's been able to do before vs Nashville. Did it with another team as well.

I really think if they pitch him they can land him. He can win a cup here. They might not be able to pay him 7 million a year, but he joins a great organization has fun again, and wins.
They need a big guy who can actually play and be on the ice.
They will be looking for a RHD next year. They can clear cap if they try and go for it. I think him, or if they can trade JJ Dillon might be another guy.
