You have Fiala on the 3rd line? Acquiring Byfuglien at this point doesn't make a lot of sense, I like Big Buf a lot but since we have Spurgeon, Dumba you can't pay that much for a guy to play 3rd pair minutes. When the season ends I suspect the Jets and Byfuglien will come to a buyout agreement at which point if Wild can move Pateryn and sign Byfuglien to a contract of 3 mil or less for 2 years or less then I'm all for it.
Hertl would be a great add but I doubt they are interested in aging veterans at this point.

Why does Zucc waive his NMC to goto SJS? Why does SJS want Zucc with the term he has?

I'd rather have Foligno than Buff for the rest of the season. Buff hasn't played at all this year, and likely doesn't add much at this point.

To be fair, if Zuccarello's goal was to play in a good team that fights for success...

...he never should've signed with Wild.

So him waiving his NMC is not out of question.
