Lehner wouldn't accept that deal from the Hawks, And he's sure not taking it from Vegas. Reportedly he's seeking either 7 x 6.5 or 7 x 7 on his next deal. He'll be the most sought out Goalie on the open market this summer.

According to Lehner, that was a bull**** media stunt. He also said he would be willing to take short term but money was never discussed. Also, Nevada has not state tax...makes it easier for a guy to take less because he's still taking more home.

Yeah had read that Lehner said he was willing to take less in Chicago, But a deal was never discussed. He'll be the most sought out Goalie on the open market this summer. once would think he's going to get paid.

Absolutely! Open market, should get 6x6 easily if not a little more.
