Any deal for Monahan would have to start with Cozens (obviously Eichel/Dahlin would be fine too)

I would not say he has no value, he still has value, but I agree he does not even enter the ball park of Monahan,

Mittelstadt’s development was rushed and he was expected to be the immediate successor to Ryan O’Reilly when he should have did another year in college or the AHL

Buffalo is better off keeping him, and no he does not get you Monahan

I really hope most GMs around the league see Mitts like you do,

He was rushed & needed time to hit the gym & work on his skating
Even if his slay just modestly improves,
he can still be a very good top6 winger

It would be a mistake for Buffalo to “sell low” on him

Buffalo will find a wat to screw him up
