Based on the apparent extremely high value on Manson and Dumba, those offers aren't likely enough. NJD probably says no as well.

Kerfoot stayed an extra year in college to avoid the Devils that drafted him. That deal is dead in the water.

Besides the fact that all 3 trades are heavily in TOR's favor and wouldn't happen, you also have a minor problem called cap space. You can't have $200k in cap space on a 20 man roster.... you're missing 3 players ($2.1m) from your roster. Even if Dubas runs a 22-man roster, you're still missing $1.4m. The math doesn't add up.
