Sens laugh you out of wherever you're asking for this deal...

Sens take cap dumps just like last year. They're not making a cup run so its all they're good for.

I agree but the tm that is sending the cap dump won't be getting assets back they'll be giving them up...and RFA right to evan rodrigues is not an asset. Something like Johnson and 2021 1st or 2nd rder would get it done. Think Marleau deal last summer.

Probably actually to be honest like we give the 5th and you guys give the the 6th. Even if we have to to do more to get it done oh well. But I don't feel like undoing it laugh

Pens won’t sign tanev and Krug. Their second pair is set with petterson-Marino. They’ll add a depth D tho and hopefully move JJ

I don't think Murray takes that little.

Yeah he has arbitration rights. A goalie with 2 cup wins and a career .915 SV% won't take less than 5 million
Also need to add more to Sens, with Chabot, Brannstrom and Borowiecki on the left side there's not even a roster spot for JJ next year

-Murray definitely isn't signing that deal. Jarry maybe.

-Simon probably makes about $1 million more than that

-Sheary probably signs for more than that with another team

-I could see Tanev if we have the cap space but I highly doubt we get Krug

Other than that I don't really have any problems with it

There are few issues, but the biggest it Murray for $1.5x1.

Assuming this works, you won't be able to resign Marino the next year. And even then, Murray would sign for more, and I have a feeling some other teams can table a slightly better offer for Krug. I recommend you make one UFA D signing, not two.

Murray is gonna make a heck of a lot more than that and ottawa is gonna wan higher picks to take both JJ and rodrigues. That alone kinda tanks any realistic nature of this team.
Also that is spending 27 mil on Defense which is a lot. Especially when you look at the money spent on the bottom 6 forward lines.
Sheary shouldn't be brought back under any circumstance. Granlund isn't really a 3rd line center or a center in general.
Bengtsson returned to sweden unsigned by the Pens and is staying there. Idk why he was signed at all as he didn't do anything here.

Yeah I'm counting on Seattle taking Murray in this situation
