Since Cayotes probably won't make the playoffs this year, will Hall take a chance and sign with them?
Or will he walk into free agency where the Cayotes will get screwed

First off, I'm not a Hall fan...
He'll be about 29 when next season starts, is 0.89 ppg avg (73/74pts per yr), has only 5-playoff games in a 'meh' 10 yr career and is all-smoke-and-mirrors if you ask me.

So if I'm GM he gets the following 1-time/take-it-or-leave-it offer:
5 years at US$6Mil/per (for reference Pasta makes $6.66Mil)
I do not care to give him anymore and any GM that does will get a sympathy card and flowers from my crew...

When the Coyotes traded for him, they did so knowing that it was most likely he wouldn’t re-sign, or at least that he wouldn’t re-sign until late June, early July. I guarantee he’ll get to the last week of June, and after that, I don’t know where he’ll choose to go.

I think he'll want to sign with a team that will contend for seven years, so he will sign 7 years @ 11.5M with an NMC and an M-NTC

That’s what he’ll want for sure. IMO that would be extremely stupid for a GM to do that, but as they say, it only takes one.

Arizona is a game outside of the playoffs. They're not out of the running yet.

They've actually been worse with him, so I think where he ends up next season hinges on if Arizona ends up in the playoffs.

Earlier I would've said he gets 12 million. Now, I think he would get about 9 million on a shorter term.

He absolutely will not resign. He's in the prime of his career; why would he quit? (He might re-sign, though.)
