That Calgary trade is awful. DeAngelo's already better than Hanifin, and the difference between Buchnevich and Lindholm is not Georgiev, Andersson, a 3rd & a 4th

Flames aren't moving contract certainty and a favorable cap hit for what you have here; despite what fan perception might be.

No thanks from Calgary. I would want to see DeAngelo have more than 1 killer year first otherwise hes just a little better then Gus with RFA status

Hanifin is 23. We have him under contract for another 4 years. No one in YYC is in any rush with him or (especially) Lindholm.

Makes zero sense for CGY. Despite most of these agms, OTT has Hundreds of better options other than bringing in 7m cap in terrible players. Same with shedding Alex for Hank!?? Hanks cap has to go. In this post, short about 4.5m for bonus coverages.
